If you cannot browse the URL in your current browser, please follow these steps to clear your DNS cache.
Open command prompt on your windows desktop. You can click the (Win + R) Run from Windows menu and type in "CMD" and hit the Enter key on keyboard. At the Command Prompt, type in "ipconfig /flushdns" and press the Enter key on keyboard. You should see a message saying "Windows IP Configuration Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache." You will need to restart your computer. Once you have restarted your computer, you will need open browser and try browsing the URL again.
