If you are experiencing "Session Timed Out" issue whenever attempted to log into portal, please check that your browser Privacy Internet Zone settings is set to Accept All Cookies. This is a known problem in some browsers and our team is working on a permanent solution. Please see attached image for how to accept all cookies in Windows Internet Explorer browser. Also, if can click the session timeout link to see if you are taken back to the login landing page.
