If your vendor profile doesn't update when you hit the submit button, make sure you check out the tabs 
at top. If your tab is red in color, the form is request additional information under that specific tab. Click the tab and look for any messages on the form asking you for additional information. Don't forget to click the More button 
in the top right corner of you page for additional information to be filled out.
